1. Order Processing Time

We pride ourselves on rapid fulfillment. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, Monday through Saturday.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/EST) will typically be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday, or at any time on Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

Please note: We do not dispatch orders on major public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or if any unexpected issues arise, our team will notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • United Kingdom & United States: We proudly offer Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the UK and the US.

  • International Orders: For customers outside the UK and US, please contact our support team prior to purchasing. International orders may be dispatched directly from our international facility in China. Shipping feasibility and rates will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on your specific region.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We utilize a multi-location warehouse network to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.

  • UK & US Local Warehouses (Standard Shipping): 2–5 business days (Excluding remote areas).

  • China Warehouse (Standard Shipping for International Orders): 10–18 business days. (Please note: Delivery times for international shipments may occasionally vary due to customs clearance processes and local carrier routing.)

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note: To ensure your tracking number remains accurate—especially on shipments originating from our international facility that may require intermediate transit routing—there may be a 24 to 48-hour delay before the final tracking number becomes active in the carrier's system. We appreciate your patience.

Your high-performance variable-frequency air conditioner is a precision appliance. We utilize premium, impact-resistant packaging specifically engineered for heavy transit. This ensures your unit is fully protected against bumps and drops, arriving in pristine condition and ready for your next outdoor adventure.

6. Restricted Delivery Destinations

In compliance with international trade regulations and carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following regions and countries: North Korea, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Myanmar, Russia (Russian Federation), Syria (Syrian Arab Republic), Cuba, South Sudan, Yemen, Haiti, Venezuela, and Afghanistan.
